If you carry out work on residential blocks, register once and choose which of our blocks you'd like to be listed for. It takes about 10 minutes.
What you'll do
- Confirm your company and tradesFind your company on Companies House and tick the trades you cover. We'll ask for the documents those trades require.
- Upload your insurance and certificatesPublic liability cover, plus anything your trades need: Gas Safe, Part P, asbestos competence, RAMS, and so on. Whatever the form asks for.
- Choose your blocksTell us which blocks you're happy to work at, and whether you'd like to appear in that block's resident directory.
Reviewed before anything goes live.
Nothing you send is shared with residents until a director has checked your details. If you choose to appear in a resident directory, any work a resident asks you to do is a private instruction between you and them, priced and invoiced directly. Only instructions from our official RTM mailboxes are formal commissions.
